Who sells

The sale is made by Creativo Studios HB, SLU. Payment is processed through Impultienda's secure checkout; we never see or store your card details.

What is sold

Digital content: a book in PDF format, to read on your phone, tablet or computer or to print. Nothing is posted.

Licence

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence. You can read the book on any of your own devices and print it for your own study as many times as you need. The licence does not cover sharing it with classmates or colleagues, uploading it, reselling it or using it to teach others. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly or upload the content to download sites. The content is protected by copyright.

Important notice

The Ward Notes is a study and revision book. It does not replace your college teaching, your preceptors and clinical placement coordinators, the prescription, the medicine's Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC) or the policies, procedures and guidelines of the HSE and your hospital. Reference ranges vary between laboratories: always use your lab's ranges. Doses and calculations are teaching examples, not recommendations to treat. The Ward Notes is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI), the HSE or the HPRA.

Prices and taxes

Prices are shown in euro and are final prices, with any VAT that applies included. You pay once; there is no subscription.

Immediate delivery and your right to cancel

Under Part 4 of the Consumer Rights Act 2022, which replaced the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 (S.I. No. 484 of 2013), you normally have 14 days to cancel a contract made online. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, that right ends once supply has begun with your express prior consent and your acknowledgement that you will lose it.

The Ward Notes is emailed to you straight after you pay. By completing your order, you expressly ask us to supply the book immediately and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once it has been sent. We confirm this in your order email. This does not affect our 30-day guarantee (see Refunds) or your rights if the content is faulty.

If something is wrong with the content

Under Part 3 of the Consumer Rights Act 2022, digital content must match its description, be fit for purpose and be of the quality you would reasonably expect. If it isn't, you are entitled to have it put right or, if that isn't possible, to a price reduction or a full refund. Email us at creativostudioshb@gmail.com.

Availability

We may change or withdraw products and correct obvious pricing errors. If an order is affected, we will let you know and refund you in full.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. If you buy as a consumer living in Ireland, you keep all the protection given to you by the mandatory provisions of Irish law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022.
