Who handles your data

The data controller is Creativo Studios HB, SLU, Carrer Camp Bastida, núm 2, escala 1, AD500 Andorra la Vella, Principat d'Andorra. Contact: creativostudioshb@gmail.com

What data we use and why

This website has no forms and no customer area, so it does not collect your name or email directly. When you pay, you enter your name and email address in the Impultienda checkout. We use them only to process your order, send you the book and help you if you get in touch (legal basis: performance of the contract), and to keep the records that tax and accounting law requires (legal basis: legal obligation). Your card details are handled by the payment provider; we never have access to them.

This website and the checkout page use the Meta pixel, which automatically records that you visited the page, clicked the buy button and completed your purchase, so that we can measure our advertising and show ads. It is the only tracking tool on the page.

Legal basis for advertising

Processing for advertising purposes is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in the ad settings of your Meta account or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Where your data goes

Andorra is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data. Meta may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and then deleted.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, or object to its use, by emailing creativostudioshb@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (www.dataprotection.ie).

Cookies

The website does not set its own cookies. The Meta pixel may set third-party cookies for measurement and advertising. You can block them in your browser settings and the page will still work.
