The Ward Notes is a digital book in PDF format. Nothing is posted to you and there is nothing to send back.

30-day guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to ask for your money back, with no questions asked. This guarantee is our own commercial guarantee: it applies even though the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 ends once the book has been sent to you (see Terms of service), and it is in addition to your statutory rights.

How to ask for a refund

Email us at creativostudioshb@gmail.com from the address you used to buy. We process refunds within 5 working days.

The money goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show depends on your bank, and is usually a few days after the refund is approved.

If something doesn't work

If a file won't open, arrives damaged or isn't what you bought, email us at creativostudioshb@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. We reply within 48 working hours. Your statutory rights for faulty digital content under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 are not affected.
